We are very selective in choosing our members. Each applicant will go through an extensive review and each member must be approved by S.T.A.R.S. Foundation’s Board of Directors. We are looking for the companies that we believe have tremendous potential and require assistance to realize that potential. One absolute guideline is that the particular sustainable technology must meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

We focus exclusively on companies with sustainable technology. These companies harness new technology and related business models that offer competitive returns for investors and customers while providing solutions to global environmental challenges. At S.T.A.R.S. Foundation, we define sustainable technology in the following categories:
