In order to foster the cooperation of science and technology development between China and Hong Kong, maximise the potentials of the Chinese market, and deepen the cooperation of electronics companies, circuit board manufacturing, information technology, Internet of Things technology and other industries Suining City between Sichuan Province and Hong Kong , STARS assisted the People’s Government of Suining, Sichuan Province in hosting the "Sichuan Suining City (Hong Kong) Investment Seminar". Mr. Cui Bao Hua, Secretary of the Suining Municipal Committee and member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPCSC) , personally led a delegation to the exchange event.
